RecommendedClean easy going accommodation. Well attended by very good staff. Nice pool and beautiful dunset over the Gulf. You could pay a fortune for the view alone.

Awesome location,perfect for the beach and John's Pass Village, Basic rooms but clean and well maintained, nice pool and seating area, friendly owners that are always willing to help / advise,, lovely little place for a relaxing break. 😁 Heading back to paradise in two weeks,, can't wait 😎🌴

Frank talked to me on the phone and did a super fantastic job of explaining why I wanted to stay here at Johns Pass. I knew I would most likely book it due to the fact they are just a bridge walk to Johns Pass Village where I will eat, drink and be merry after I finish this review. Awesome host. Walked me to my room, helped with luggage, showed me the pool and beach walk. A huge blue heron joined me at the pool! Beach is steps away over the dune. Great location, clean room, nice pool and easy access to both John’s Pass and the beach. Owners are as nice as can be and made our stay very enjoyable. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Wonderful little old-fashioned Florida hotel from times past.
