My son had surgery just yesterday at Johns Hopkins and we could not have asked for a more friendly staff! We were on the 4th floor and everyone we met made us feel welcomed!! From the front desk, to the nurses, our Doctor, Dr. DiCarlo, even the anesthesiologist! They offered him toys as soon as he walked in the door, pulled him in a wagon to make him smile, and even after I went with him to put him to sleep I walked out and started to cry, but a nurse stayed with me and gave me a hug. I can't even express how thankful my hus... read more

Our preschooler had a procedure and stayed overnight in 9 South recently. The facilities and nursing staff were amazing. I also need to mention the Prep and PACU staff, who took great care of our little one and made us feel at ease. And obviously, the doctors at Hopkins are top notch. Everyone helped make a terrible situation manageable and as comfortable as possible. My daughter is a changed kid, now that her problems have been fixed.

Thank you John's Hopkins for treating my Princess Face so special while she was there! Your team was able to treat her when we couldn't get the right treatment in Charleston! Princess Face Laura and Princess Anna and Miss Becky in 11S were truly amazing (as we're all of the doctors and nurses during her surgery)! Thank you for taking the time to listen to all of our questions and concerns and addressing them with care and knowledge ❤️

Words can't explain the gratitude we have for the staff at Johns Hopkins. From our surgeon Dr. Stewart and his surgical team to our amazing nurses on 9 North (Tiffany, Lauren (x2), Amy, Kristina). They were so amazing and treated our son with such care & kindness....they really are true professionals with huge hearts and we will forever be grateful for the care given. It's such a scary experience to ... read more

A HUGE thanks to the techs in radiology (CT)! You were all incredibly patient and willing to try what I had in mind before taking the approach to the next level. The genuine care and gentle approach you showed my three year old was greatly appreciated and boosted my confidence in having her treated through Johns Hopkins. She was so excited to receive not only stickers but with it being Christmas she was given a large gift bag and something special to encourage her love of wanting to become a doctor. Thank you so much, I coul... read more
