my fathers stay here has been very bad! Today 11/11/2019 he had a fall while in care of nurse on 3rd floor of hospital along with the Tech!! nasty cut between his eyes. Knowing he was not stable and a fall risk patient!!! 😠😠 I am not happy with rhe care, he has falling twice since his stay, and nurses and techs have been very rude and nasty with my father, being he was bed bond, having to have pads changed they were known to be jerking at him while doing so! again completely unappectable!!! I went to the ER for back pain I've been experiencing for a long time. they didn't want to do anything except tell me it's muscle related. I get checked second time with different Dr and nurse. I got the same thing. this hospital is horrible they don't listen to your pain. they think I make it up or at least that's how I feel.
RecommendedWhen we found out that my son had an Arachnoid Cyst with midline shift and needed brain surgery we were in shock and couldn't function. They made this experience less stressful
