This is a very nice & clean hospital, but the some of the staff need to attend a customer service course, some of the ER Doctors needs to go way back to school. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance at 3:00pm and was discharged at 3:25am and was also misdiagnosed and was sent home. I was called back when I entered my door to come back to the ER, because another team member looked at my Ex-Rays and saw that I needed surgery. Es un excelente hospital y hay buenos medicos pero hay muchas personas que abusan de la bondad d eyos no tienen nada y quieren k los yeven en un carrito no abusen d la bondad d las buenas personas
It was a great experience with the staff although I had other health issues. Jeff one if my nurses tried his hardest to make me comfortable. It worked he even sung while they rolled me into the operating room. When u was in recovery the staff also did everything to make me comfortable as I was sick as hell. Thanks to the entire staff.
I went in for a manometer test at the GI department and while I was there my doctor took the time out of her busy schedule and went out of her way to meet me and assist in removing a pic line that was no longer working. It may not seem like a big deal but I didn't have an appointment and this is something that a nurse would normally do, not the head of the GI department.
We were in and out in less than 2 hours! I thunk our longest wait was the front desk, I wish more people were at the front desk other than just one RN , but overall they saw my two year old and gave him meds and diagnosis and gave us our discharge summary, even a note for work so quick! ��
I love the staff here! Always so nice, kind and compassionate.
I waited a hour to go in the back I had a awesome physicians assistant name Gary ask me all kinds of questions had a great bed side manner he helped me with my pain and had tests done then stared eliminating every possibility if a person could ask for who they want I would pick him everytime and he told me what my next step needs to be he's the first person to do that since I've been coming there since 2000 other doctors are just cold and move on to the next patient!
4th stent 3rd heart attack 4th time THEY saved my life.God bless john hopkins and their staff
