Words can not express how much i love this place! My daughter is going for her tummy issues and my cousins baby has SCID disease and will be undergoing bone marrow there shortly
Most of the experience was good. One area that needs work is in the area of communications. While my mother was in surgery I was not advised to wait in the family waiting room instead of upstairs in her room. So I missed speaking with the doctor that I did catch up with him later while she was in recovery.
From the ER to floor 2, amazing staff! Everyone cared so well for my mom! They were all so helpful and professional! It felt like my mom was VIP! Thank you Howard General!!!
I had quick and very efficient help in the ER. Thanks to Drs and nursing staff for the great attention! We have been in the ER and admitted several times in the last few years. We have all good things to say about the facilities and our care!
Wonderful, supportive staff in L&D and MCU. Everyone, from EVS to Dining Services, very welcoming. Proud to have HCGH as part of the Hopkins family.
They are taking very very good care of my little grandson Clayton.
