We were there 4 nights with my 9 month old and the care was outstanding. Cannot say enough good things about the nurses and doctors.
There isn't one negative thing I can say about our stay here. Every single person on staff was focused on my daughter's comfort. They take away that clinical feel of most hospitals and make your experience as pleasant as possible
The staff and communications were outstanding. We could not have asked for better service and care.
Extremely accommodating, understanding staff, which is a must when all of their patients are accompanied by exhausted, worried parents. I would not want to repeat my child's stay in the ICU, but the top-notch care by the doctors, nurses, and other staff made it as pleasant as possible, under the circumstances.
Our ER visit Pro= great customer service from the staff. When we got a room the Dr. and Nurse practitioner were right in there. They were all so caring and great with him emotionally. My son got sutures (I'm a nurse myself) and was amazed how well she stitched him up. All while teaching a med student while my son was squirming all around. They were all great!
