I was there for a full knee replacement on 8/4/17. The team that took care of me was wonderful. From checking in, all the way to getting released. They are very polite, willing to help you in any way they can. I was there back on January 3, 2017 for the first knee replacement. Being nervous and anxious, they made me as comfortable as possible. If you have to go into the hospital, then suburban hospital is definitely the hospital to go to.
As a registered nurse who worked many floors at Hopkins for years, all the staff were excellent. I have had extended family members with maybe a small irregularity complaint. Hopkins is now rated third nationally by US News and World Report. That says it all.
We love this hospital! My daughter's primary care physician is here in the OPC. They are clean, polite, professional and made her feel comfortable getting her 7th Grade Physical and vaccinations. They even helped her to feel relaxed during her labs when she was super nervous. 😊 I highly recommend Dr. Brinn and Dr. Hill!
The ER is the worst ever!!! The Patient came in by Ambulance with server pain and was made to sit in the waiting room for over 5 hours and still had not seen by the Dr. They did lab work and was told that the test results were in but needed to get the results from a physician who clearly never showed up after waiting over 5 hours. The patient final left after several phone calls to the patient advocate and nurse in charge of hospital who never showed up in the ER to assist. Visited a 10 month old child who had neurosurgery this week. Amazing place! Amazing care givers!
I brought my 19 month old here because he fell and broke his arm. I cannot say enough to express how great All Children's was! From the moment we walked in we were in very good hands. The best part was that we were in and out (my son's arm in a splint) in less than 2 hours! I highly recommend All Children's to take care of your child. I hope to never have to go to the ER again, but if I do, it'll be All Children's.
