My son was at JHAC for pollicization surgery and recovery for 2 days. The staff was great from start to finish, even the maintenance/cleaning people took a few minutes to make my son smile whenever they were around.
Great hospital just for kids. The staff are friendly and very sweet and nice.
Had the best experience during a very uncertain time. While out daughter is not little, this was our frost medical scare of any kind with her. We waited less than 5 minutes in ER before getting attention. Triage was about the same. The entire staff treated our daughter and us with the utmost respect and care. Got into a beautiful room and saw doctor to discuss options within 2 hours. AMAZING!!! No words can describe how thankful I am with all their personal. Not only doctors, but nurses, administration team, cafeteria team, cleaning people. Everyone! They were just amazing. My son just left the hospital yesterday after having a chest surgery, and our experience there was better than we could ever imagine.
