We love our pediatricians(Dr. Blanco & Dr. Skidmore) but since merging with JHACH you can never get in to see our pediatrician. So frustrating as a parent when you know the doctors are great but the lack of availability if so frustrating.

Recommendednurses and doctors are ready to help my nephew that's just 20th surgery. Dec 11th cleft sternum repair my nephew Larry cried when he was getting discharged because he wanted to stay he was having too much fun. nurses and doctors were very kind and helpful. I wouldn't ask for another hospital thank you so much.
When a family is inpatient, we expect to be in a trustworthy facility with trustworthy staff. The day that we were discharged we received a call saying that we forgot my daughters bracelet and husbands driver license, we received the license through the mail but never the bracelet. We have contacted the floor, house keeping, and security 3 DIFFERENT TIMES and they have “started” an internal investigation “3 DIFFERENT TIMES” of course every time we call there is no record of our previous calls. I do not recommend them based on their lack of integrity lack of transparency in regards to cost and services. I find their billing department not easy to respond to requests. The hospital has misrepresented themselves in regards to our situation. They also do not own their mistakes.

Not the ER!!! Never the ER.... worst ever....we see several doctors at Hopkins and all of the specialist are great but the ER sucks! A bunch of student doctors that know nothing and maybe the supervising doctor comes in for a second if you are luck and no one care! But they will sure charge your insurance for a crazy amount while not providing any services! Still sending children home with inadequate care... And that’s where the fraud begins....
RecommendedAbsolutely the best pediatric experience! We were referred to the Dermatologist for my granddaughter’s rash. Residents were gentle and Dr. Cohen made the visit a teachable moment for us all!
RecommendedThe staff are very personable. They have great technology. The grounds and the building are kept impeccably. This hospital took great care of my Aunt.
