I love the staff but this is my third time asking for someone to correct a billing error. Last year I was sued over a bill I didn’t owe and this year they sent me to collections for yet ANOTHER bill I don’t owe. I call and call and I am told to call back in two weeks. The bill is for radiology that I don’t even believe my son had! I have asked that they correct this issue for months now and I’m passed from person to person or they do not call back as they promise. My son is special needs and I have a full time job of my own.... read more
