RecommendedI may have different opinions of other areas of the hospital, but the Pediatric ER has the most wonderful staff. The Nurses, doctors, triage, intake—everyone is professional, compassionate, great with the kids, and great with concerned parents. I loathe the idea of my son being sick enough to have to go to the ER, but I am reassured that he will receive top notch care.
RecommendedHopkins Children Center is great! Love it! My kid went there as a baby, and the service and doctors were awesome! My kids also do their annual radiation! Thanks, Hopkins Children Center! ❤️
Show some compassion. Have been seen at HCG for 40 years and once Hopkins took over this place is the worst. The ER is awful. Right now I'm sitting here with my husband who is in extreme pain and can't sit in one the this wheelchairs so what happened suck in a room to sit. At least we are not sitting in the waiting area for 6 hour while one of us is having chest pains this time.
Extremely long wait times. Inexperienced staff with narrow focus. Limited ER seating. Triage in the lobby. Go to University of Maryland Urgent care.

I answer, when she cry.....I'm there to wipe her tears, when she falls....I'm right there to pick her up, when she stumbles... I hold her hand and assures her that everything is going to get better, when she complains....I listen, when she's in doubt or have fear, I simply reassure her that God is in the midst and haven't left us behind. RecommendedNowadays, when "abortion" is becoming more and more matter of fact, it certainly is reassuring to see that there still are doctors and nurses dedicated to helping and saving children instead of murdering them! RecommendedToday makes the 3rd time my son has had surgery at Hopkins. Wonderful staff. Top notch. Patient is always put first. My little guy had so much fun he didn’t even realize he was having surgery 😇
