I have had to visit this hospital unfortunately for three times because it is the children's hospital closest to my residence, none of the visits has been satisfactory for me, but this last stay has been more unpleasant, and I came to this place as an emergency , my daughter comes in with very mild symptoms of Bronqueolitis, and after confirming the diagnosis she was admitted to the hospital, she was on the 8th floor of pediatric hospitalization, for two days they did nothing...Continue Reading
My daughter was just discharged this past week after spending 6 weeks as an inpatient. The PICU staff is by far the greatest that I've ever encountered. The doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, phlebotomists, housekeeping, and every single person that entered our room is the best of the best. They saved my daughter's life and have given us the greatest gift in the world.
Absolute worse service! My 2 year old daughter didn't even see a doctor after FOUR hours in the waiting room for a routine oral steroid. Mease Countryside hospital provides this service in less than an hour. Every time I've had to use All Childrens its a circus act. 100 personnel walking back and forth right passed you for hours. Terrible customer service skills at reception. They are rude and hold little compassion for the parents!

Bottom line is doctor's do not listen to mother's when they say something is wrong with their child and just want to think we just over react to everything. He had every symptom and they total... read more
