My baby has been going to All Childrens since she was 2 months old the staff there is very professional and nice I love my daughter's Doctors at JHACH
My grandson is a patient in pediatric ICU. The entire medical team is outstanding! Beautiful clean hospital and very comfortable waiting room. The nurses have been so wonderful with our family and accommodating with my son and his wife. In fact the entire family. Everyone is super nice and very professional.There are not enough words to explain my gratitude. Thank you and God bless.
Third time I brought my son there. First time, he was 5 and cut his finger off by a door, quick to respond and fix, second time he'd been sick for a month, so I took him to "best hospital" , he was even throwing up in waiting room. They gave him iv. Tested for strep, sent us home. No diagnosis, no meds. And 3000$ bill. This last time in ER, with prescription with test needed, waited 2 hours to get in room, the was there 7 hours to have blood drown and 5oz. Of iv. Could have taken 2 hours. Still no real help. Professional and patient-centered -- I was very pleased and grateful for the amazing care I received recently in the cardiac progressive care unit. I come with many complex medical conditions and challenges, but everyone at Suburban Hospital listened and quickly learned, and I was amazed and would recommend SH to anyone.
I had 2 children undergoing surgery yesterday, as you can imagine I was nervous. A 5 year old and a 1 year old. They were not only able to communicate but made EVERY effort to make sure we as parents were comfortable. They put the kids together in recovery so we could be with both. The tooth fairy even came when my 5 year old was In surgery, that included them chipping In dollars for his teeth. The staff and of course my surgeon Dr. Walford were fantastic.
