The staff is awesome.. they have so many activities for children who are stuck in bed for whatever reason...tv bingo, clowns who walk the floors, arts & crafts, Xbox in the room, and their hospitality is amazing. My 8 year old son just had orthopedic surgery there and didn't wanna leave
The most amazing hospital! Dr. Zach and his team told me that my daughter wasn't leaving until we figured out what was wrong with my 8 month old daughter after being told from two other hospitals there wasn't anything wrong with her. The team of nurses on the 8th floor were outstanding and some of the sweetest people ever to my daughter and family! We now have answers and greatly appreciate what all children's hospital has done for us! Keep up the awesome work!
For the first time in my sons 2 years of life we had a horrible experience at all Children's ER. We've been there numerous times and never an issue! My son was sent to the ER by his pediatrician with a platelet count of 10! The normal amount is 20,000. The dr hardly looked him over and sent us home to follow up with oncology/hematology. We were told don't let him get hurt because without platelets he can't clot blood! REALLY! He's two and clumsy! Not happy at all!
The staff and facilities are wonderful. They are doing the best job possible to get my friend back to health. I wish I could work there!!
Can't say enough great things about this hospital. The staff, the Dr's, every single person you see there is beyond friendly, helpful, and they make you ( the parents) feel at ease. No matter what your at the hospital for, its never for a good reason. They are patient with you and your child and your feelings. Their understanding, my youngest has been there for stitches twice and now a hernia surgery. Every experience has been made to feel easy. My son actually likes going there.
