My 14 year old son had a stomach scoping done at some bi iops taken. He was a bit scared i could tell but didnt want me to see. But nurses so friendly could see it joked with him etc. Had problems putting in iv wont do twice waited till put under didnt want to put him through the pain again. While waiting staff very helpful and caring.i wish this hospital was closer to my house hate the one other ok but this one is great. Thank u nurses staff and doctor.
I brought my 8yr old for surgery yesterday and in her own words the treatment team was "lovely and caring". You have not only cared for my little one but inspired her to be a pediatric nurse or surgeon❤ Thank you!!
We were transferred from Northside to john Hopkins yesterday. My son was having severe pain in his right side. They done most test at Northside so for over 2 hours we sat at john Hopkins for them to do a strep test and read a cat scan from Northside. They sent us home with possibility of gal bladder removal. I was pretty certain they really didn't know why he was having pain so back to square one.
I'm thankful that kind bedside manner and honest helpfulness still exists in this world
Amazing staff and experience. Nurses and Dr were beyond helpful
The care from her doctor and nurses was amazing. The administrative side however is a hot mess. Every time we went to the office they had our information wrong.
Staff in patient and in the ooc center is great. ER here sucks. I've been twice on two separate occasion for two different reasons and both times I was treated as if the doctors on call wanted to do nothing except get me out of there without any real treatment or THOUGHT as to what could happen.
Great doctors and prompt service! I was very pleased. I would def be a patient again
