They provide a comfortable place to be in, listen to your needs, concerns and it's about you when you walk in there. I can tell you from experience this is not an ordinary car place looking to make money and not care about their customers. They treat you like family and I would go back for the 3rd time in a heartbeat.

We had a slight issue with the car on the first test drive, and I ended up needing to drive up again from VA to actually take delivery of the car. That said, Harry, John, and the team made things right, and were honest and communicative throughout. Overall, even with the problem it has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would gladly drive the 4.5 hours up to do business with them again.
Bought a car there that needed to have the mirror fixed. They said they would take care of that. Grayson still hasn't got back to me about that. Then today 5 weeks after I bought a car it over heats on me. Leak in the radiator. No fluid at all. Don't ever buy anything from them at all. I hope they see this! I hope they reply!

When I went to John's great cars I was welcomed the moment I entered the door. They were all very nice and professional. I had my 3 year old with me and they helped me keep an eye on her while I filled out paperwork. I called with a question they answered and helped me right away. Not to mention they give you $100.00 for anyone who goes in and uses you as a referral. To top that off I got chocolate covered fruit delivered to my door from edible arrangements.. They are awesome!
