From the first e-mail inquiry to driving our new Jeep home Matt provided excellent customer service. I saw this Jeep online and it was exactly what my wife wanted. We live almost 3 hours away and Matt answered all of my questions via phone and e-mail quickly. We made the trip and all paperwork was ready and after a nice lunch at Chapman's Deli across the street ( I recommend the Rueben ) Matt had everything ready and my wife got to drive her new Jeep home. Our experience here today has been nothing short of wonderful!! My husband and I will be back anytime we need another vehicle in the future. The employees have been friendly and accommodating beyond words. We even had to bring our 2 yr old and Grayson played with him while we talked our decision out. I just bought my new car from Matt and the whole experience was amazing. He went on many test drives and answered all my family's questions! It was definitely not the typical car buying experience. Dan was also helpful explaining the financing and how the loan worked. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!(just tell them Sarah sent you, haha)
My experience at John's Great Cars was wonderful today! I received a call from Matt yesterday regarding a Subaru Forester that I had been looking for. The dealership worked with me on financing so I traded my Toyota Rav4! I am one happy customer! I would definitely recommend this dealership!
Matt helped me out when I was in a tough situation he worked with me about my credit issues he was always updating me on options I had for 2 weeks he went out of his way to help me and my family get into a very nice chrysler 200! Everyone there is really looking out for you. It's nice to know that they're is people like him out there still thanks Matt from the Fry family!!!
Just got a car today and the service was top notch. Grayson was excellent and communicated with me over a couple days, even on his day off, to help get a deal done. Jim and Dan were also a great help and we completed the deal in just about an hour. Even with so-so credit Grayson was able to find a lender and helped me get the car that not only could I afford but also and more importantly it was the car I wanted. Thank you Grayson, Dan and Jim!!
