We found MORE than we were looking for at John's! We had been to so many other dealerships, good, bad and indifferent, when I remembered I had heard great things about John's and insisted we visit their lot. Only wish we had made them our FIRST stop. Everyone was kind and honest and helpful, even as the working hours drew to a close. Special thanks to Cesar for his care of us.
My fiancé bought a car and was helped by Cesar Guerrero. Overall, great service, he was very helpful, respectful, and welcoming. He didn't pressure or push us into buying the car, but was very helpful in getting us the price and information we were looking for.

I was dreading the car shopping ordeal but John's Great Cars turned out to be my first and last stop. Cesar was my salesman and he was so easy to work with. He heard what I wanted and found just what I was looking for. The entire process of buying my new Jeep Patriot was SO smooth and easy from start to finish including the financing and Cesar went the extra mile to get me a really low rate too. Ask for him when you go there!
Awesome customer service. Very friendly staff. Easy going environment. They make the experience of making an expensive life decision stress and hassle free. We bought 2 cars there, one of them we weren't even really considering test driving and our salesman told us we should and it ended up being the perfect vehicle for our family. I will no longer buy a used vehicle anywhere else.
The whole crew was so friendly. Cesar was my salesman. He was courteous and helped me get into a different car than the one i picked out online since it had been sold. I dealt also with Mr. John himself. Great guy and answered any and all questions i had. They even offered to buy me lunch at Chapmans across the street. I highly recommend them. Never in a million years did I think i would be driving a 2015 car! Thank you all!
