I feel very strongly that Dr. Joseph is a very competent dentist and genuinely cares about his patients. He is always willing to answer questions and explain procedures to make you feel very comfortable. My wife and I are well pleased with the quality of service we receive and the pleasant environment of the office and staff. I always appreciate how welcoming Dr Joseph and his staff are, and appreciate the efficiency of the the office. With Covid 19 issues still requiring precautions, I was impressed with care taken to protect the patients and staff in Doctor Josephs office. I had no concerns whatsoever, as I couldn't see how any dentists office could have done more to create a safer environment. It was nice to have complete peace of mind while visiting the dentist.

It is always a pleasant experience when I visit this office. The personnel are courteous and professional. I am always treated with kid gloves and have never been hurt when I have my teeth cleaned and checked.
I was greeted by Lauren and had my x-rays, gum inspection, then came in Dr. Ben and had a conversation regarding my health. They were both kind, courteous and generally concerned about me. I wrapped up with a cleaning, buff and polish, then had two things not done before. First was a flouride added to my teeth, the second was a UV exam to find cancer in my mouth. I love Dr. Joseph and his staff. They are personable, sensitive to your needs and have always a pleasant experience. They feel like family.
Covid-19 precautions provided a safe environment. Taken back on time, dental hygienist was thorough and very personable. Great experience.
