I was in Beaver Dam briefly from out of town. I'd left my lights on in the parking lot, and my car needed a simple jump start, on a weekday late afternoon. Johnny sent a rusted out pick-up truck and a simple battery pack jump starter and had it going in 30sec. Then the guy produced a service bill of $50!!! This is a ridiculous amount for the service provided. I grew up in small town America, and this should have been a neighborly assist, perhaps $20 at most. Left a low opinion of this small town in my mind.
Staff are polite, helped make sure car I was towing was in good condition to buy! I recommend using them again in future!
I do light duty repairs on my own vehicles but ocasionally have repairs that I can't do at home. Johnnies usually accomodates me in a timely manner and prices are reasonable when compared to area shops. 24 hour towing service is a big plus.
