Very good choice for a last minute, 2 day getaway ! Competitive rates. Clean, friendly, good ocean access, super free breakfast with good coffee ! AND it has a heat lamp in the bathroom .....a plus for someone who doesn't like to take a shower in the cold air conditioned hotel rooms !!
This is a great hotel. I have spent the last 3 memorial weekends at the John Yancey. They have great customer service and the rooms are clean and spacious. The beach is walking distance and there are several great restaurants within driving/walking distance. I will definitely be coming back next year!

Would not recommend unless you like smoke, dirty carpet with dog hair, dogs, mold and stained towels. Will not stay again.
I was pleasantly surprised at this little gem. Rooms are clean, staff is very nice. Easy check in. Pets welcome.
We were pleasantly suprised with our visit at John Yancey Inn. The rooms were a little out dated but everything else was great! The staff was very friendly, they provided many brochures with activities to do, it is clean, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. There is ample parking. It provided easy access to the beach with a nice viewing deck.
