The friendliest, most welcoming people at the front desk...comparable to Disney. So understandable of our situation & willing to help any way possible. I love this place, will definitely stay here again. Oh, coffee delicious & much bigger breakfast than I expected.
RecommendedOcean front room RIGHT on the beach, it was so relaxing. I slept like a log. I am going to continue staying here when I need a relaxing beach front room. Stay in the Sea building, you won't regret it!
This is beautiful hotel, I was so happy with the accommodations that I opted to cancel travelling on to Myrtle Beach, and extended my stay here, on OBX, for the remainder of my vacation.
This place has been in operation for well over 50 years that my wife can remember. It is nostalgic for me bringing back memories of my Mother and Father taking me on road trips and staying at the friendly Motor Inns along the way. We have been staying here for at least 10 years or more. The staff has always been pleasant and accommodating. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. We highly recommend the John Yancy.
Great Location, Staff and access to beach....Great Vacation last year and going back this year!
