This establishment was terrible!! We did not get the room we booked and no one at the front desk seemed to care that they made a mistake in our room or offered us any kind of resolution. From the second of check in to the second of check out it was a waterfall of awful events that went wrong in our room! Despite our numerous calls to the front desk, not one thing was done to rectify any problem we had. The attitude we were received with was incredibly poor and unprofessional.
