The gates are perpetually NEVER ready for an inbound flight. The last 4 consecutive times I've flown in here we have arrived on schedule- on a 4.5 hour trans-continental flight. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHEN WE'LL ARRIVE, GANG?!! And don't get me started on the 40 minute wait for baggage to arrive.
