Traveling alone with two small children luggage and 2 car seats the staff went out of their way to help me get to my gate after it was changed last minute to a gate across the airport . TSA is another story . I won a pat down and had my bags unpacked and searched . They left it all unpacked . Two of the agents were super sweet and tried to go out of their way to help one was not she was rude and curt .
