Best service ever they put a Beast together for us
This place is absolutely ridiculous! We were under the total understanding we were having a full diagnostic on our car! And after I paid $96 to have a FULL diagnosis they told me it was just the starter.. My check engine light went on and now they want to charge a fee for every issue wrong with it! This place customer service is ridiculous! And I would NEVER recommend the service department rude and arrogant!
We bought three trucks over the past nine years from Watsons! The third truck we bought was a great experience until they took close to thirty days or more to pay off my husband's trade in! We probably would have bought our fourth vehicle there had it not been due to this problem!
