Don't try to up sell when it is not needed
I had a great experience at John Watson. I went in knowing what I wanted to look at and the staff were super helpful in what I wanted. They listened and I could tell that they did my have best interest in mind. The made the whole buying process easy, understandable, and painless. All without being pushy, and they were transparent and honest while working with me.

If you read through the bad reviews here you will see most of them have to do with the service department and mine is no different. If you need your oil changed be prepared to wait 3hrs even if you have an appointment. Cory and Jake did a great job searching all over the state to find us the perfect truck. We sat down with them and experienced honest sales with no hidden agenda or pressure to buy. They followed up with texts, phone calls, voicemails, and options that we might be interested in until we found exactly what we were looking for.
