Dr. Barrington is a kind, soft spoken man and an excellent doctor. He takes as much time as needed to inform you of his diagnosis and the treatment plan that is best for you.
Dr Barrington takes plenty of time with me. He also provides treatment options and further care if needed. I always leave with a great explanation of his diagnosis.
Kyle, Dr Barrington’s PA, did a great job administering my injections for arthritis in the knees. Dr Barrington is a great physician who has done a hip replacement & a knee revision on my husband.
Had my one year check up on my hip replacement and was greeted by a kind assistant who was helping patients navigate the front desk reception. She gave me an appx wait time which was nothing and she was helpful, sincere, and thoughtful. My indicated wait time was spot on and an assistant from Dr. Barringtons office got me in less than 3 minutes! Dr. Barrington did my father's hip replacement when he was 68 years old, replacing an old hip replacement that had gone bad. Then he did mine years later. Now I've hade mine about 14 years. It's in great shape, however I fell off of my bed and broke my hip. I now live in San Marcos, outside of Austin. I still travel back to Dr. Barrington. This was my first visit with Dr Barrington. From the moment he came into the examining room I felt such a relief in his approach to my knee injury. He gave me his full attention and not once did I feel rushed. He answered all my questions and by the end of the visit, right knee replacement surgery was scheduled, I knew I had the very best and most caring surgeon.
I saw Kyle, Dr Barrington's PA, he was professional and very knowledgeable.
At my initial office visit with Dr. Barrington, he explained the problem with my knee and how he could help make the joint much better with replacement. He was also very honest that my back pain was not coming from my hip but from my spine. I feel that the diet and exercises he suggested I do before my surgery really did help in my recovery and healing. I highly recommend his expertise and knowledge in knee replacement surgery!! He is an excellent surgeon!
