Visited John Vance this weekend and had the pleasure of working with Diana Martinez. She did exactly as she said. We had called looking for a particular car and when we arrived it was waiting up front for us. She had pulled all the paper work on the car and was ready to sell. The financing part was super easy and was there maybe an hour from start to finish. Without a doubt Jennifer has taken care of us over and over and goes above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even days after the sale, she went out of her way to help us with some aftermarket tinting setting that up and making sure we didn’t have to worry about anything. Absolutely amazed at her customer appreciation!

All the workers were nice, polite and genuine. I was told by Bob Howard workers it would be a week or two for them to fix it. John Vance folks fixed everything and more and I was home by noon!!! Everyone there seemed really happy to be working there! I’m going to them from now on!!!

Their service department is amazing! I ended up here a week ago after the car I had borrowed for a road trip overheated. Janine Wendling, the service rep who also happens to be a Journeyperson Mechanic, was very caring, competent and gave great customer service. She really knows how to connect with clients! Within minutes, the part needed to fix the problem was located and ordered. The following day, I was able to drive the repaired car back to Texas having spent nothing out of pocket since it was covered by a recall notice ... read more

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE GUYS!!!!! I bought a GMC Denali back in December and loved it in the beginning. Started having a vibration and brought it up during my second visit for oil change. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong, well today I’m up here again for an oil change and again brought up the vibration. They are now saying it’s because of the transmission needing a flush and it’s going to be over $200.00. Why wasn’t this checked the first time I brought it up and why didn’t they check this before they... read more
