Wouldn't recommend buying from this dealership due to the general manager Jim Mills. He had a terrible attitude and talked bad about other dealerships along with getting in my boyfriends face... Will be contacting the hire ups for this.
RecommendedHighly recommend! Great Customer service! We were passing through the area and had issues with our pickup. They got the part that day and we were fixed and back on the road same day! They even took us to town so we could walk around while they got the part and fixed the truck!
A month ago, I would have written that this was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had and would absolutely recommend this dealership. We purchased my vehicle on 3/20/2021. It’s now 5/11/2021 and we still have not received the title to this vehicle. I’ve text the salesperson she said she would check with the title lady. 2 weeks later I hadn’t heard from anyone. We had the best buying experience here at John Vance! The whole process was so easy and quick. We didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership like we usually do. We went in without an exact idea of what we wanted and Carla found us an amazing deal on a truck for much less than our top budget. Robert with finance was so nice and made the loan process super easy. And the manager Donnie was so funny and nice! Highly recommend buying a vehicle here!
