Very bad customer service and worst experience with a tow company ever
If I could leave no stars I would ! this is a horrible business they are absolutely nuts ! This old whackadoodle lady screamed and cursed at us after they took our car from our sons apartment complex and wanted to charge us $130 ! They are rude, crazy crooks..... They took another car belonging to a college kid and charged him $175 ! How do they sleep at night ......
My car was towed because I was involved in an accident so I go in to clean my car out and they wouldn't even let me wash my hands !!! Really who does this kind of stuff to people when your going through a tough time !! I wouldn't let them tow my grandkids wagon !!!
He is looking for customers to overcharge or abuse. He cannot jump a car with dead battery.
