Students/Parents - be warned that if your student is packing their apartment or dorm to get home and they are temporarily parking in their lot without a pass there will be no consideration from the towing company who is policing the area. In fact, Tennis Towing is taking advantage of a crisis situation and vigilantly policing the area. Wouldn’t NEVER recommend to anyone. The staff is rude the lady I talked to hung up on me and everyone I talked to told me everything was my fault because “it’s homecoming weekend”
Very expensive! Not friendly! Thieves!
I got towed from what I thought was my parking spot (which is my fault, not Tennis Towing). But, in an already frustrating situation, the gentleman I spoke to on the phone and the people I spoke to in the office made the situation so much worse than it had to be. I was spoken to like a child and downgraded because of a simple misunderstanding. BEWARE. Rude and ignorant. Extortionist Would not honor our AAA and threatened us if we didn't pay he would take our vehicle to his yard and would be triple the tow cost. if you need a tow call anyone but them.
Get your hours right online... your not open until 7.. how invonvient can you be?!?!?!?!?!?!.!
