completely pathetic. called to ask about a price for towing and couldn't get two words out before being told rudely "hold" was bounced around to þ different people in a 10min span with the same result every time and finally end up to the first lady I spoke with. she put me on hold again and then comes back and tells me that she would like to discuss this on Monday and hung up on me. I highly recommend that no one ever contacts this tow company until they understand the meaning of customer service and satisfaction.
Thanks to Tennis Towing for the prompt AAA service today. 88° and our vehicle wouldn't start as we were leaving the vet with 2 cats at closing time. They called me immediately and the truck was there in 5 minutes. Got us running in no time. This is our 3rd call for services in 15 years and we always have been treated professionally and courteously. Thanks again!
Assholes plain and simple...was towing my car but I got there in time and paid the 90 dollars to drop it, soon as I said I was paying with a card he got nasty and rude ..he knew I had to get to work but instead he decides after dropping my car he'll just tow the one beside me leaving me no room to get out the he calls the cops and says I hit the car he was towing....sorry your life sucks and being a tow truck driver is all there is for your piece of shit ass, doesn't mean you gotta ruin ppls days. Thanks to John Tennis Towing for quickly responding to my AAA request for breakdown towing. They took the time to make sure the correct tow truck was sent to pick up my HD truck. My famiy has done business with the Tennis family for over half a century, this is an excellent example of why that relationship has endured.
have a complaint. I was stuck in state college PA and my car wouldn't start so I called this tow company once they got there I asked the man to jump my car and he refused to do so, he just want to tow it to the shop so they can look at it. After 20 minutes of trying to get him to jump my car and him keep telling me no even though I was paying. Then made me pay him for him coming out and doing nothing.
