Mr Stomps is known for frivolous lawsuits and changing his company names to avoid accountability for his actions- APEX investments is his shell company that he uses to sue young renters. luckily we won our case (settled for 1/5 of his asking price) but avoid this man. he is a criminal playing realtor and its only a matter of time until the law catches up and he does prison time.
I will preempt this review by saying this review is not about Mr. Stomps, but for an agent within his office who I shall not name. I recently reached out to this agent regarding a property for rent that was listed on the firms website. After briefly talking with the agent I was told the landlord he was representing was opposed to having tenants with children, effectively discriminating against me for family status which is illegal. Nobody knows real estate like John Stomps. He has the ability to show you various choices within your preferred area and price range. He found the perfect home for me that met all my disabilities. I had a massive stroke. Needless to say, life is difficult, but John Stomps found the perfect home that enables me to live life on my own. I just cannot say enough about his professionalism. He has been a blessing to me.
