had 2014 Nissan Titan prox4 serviced. I guess when they do oil changes they're to lazy or cheap to replace the oil filter.left message with sevice advisories and with service manager expressing my concerns with no answer. 😡😡😡I'll give them till Thursday this week till I file complaint with Nissan and Better business bureau.so word of advice check make sure your vehicle is properly serviced and all services you pay for are done correctly.

The entire staff is totally involved in the understanding of the customer service process. From the lot attendants to the senior management positions all are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable about everything about the vehicles and the entire buying procedure. I have purchased several vehicles from the dealership and have established a great friendship and sense of thrust with not only Ron Pavlisko, but the entire John Sisson crew. A truly satisfying buying experience!
The best customer service I have ever have a chance to work with. Kaithlyn Jones and Angela Marcinizyn was just wonderful. I mean everyone.. don’t remember all names but everyone was amazing and very helpful. Angela and her Manager helped me to make the best decision ever. Love 💕
