Slowest service department I have ever seen. Over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Please take the “express” sign off the front of your service bay because it’s like this every time we bring our vehicle in. I will do it myself from now on.

They over charge for parts charged me 339 for an alternator from Napa I called Napa same part was 202 was told only take 3 hours do they charged me for 5 hours total rip off

Very dissatisfied. I bought my car at this dealership and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND them. I utilized the pickup/drop off option they offered to get my car inspected since I live 40 minutes away. It was returned with the entire passenger side scratched like it was side swiped. Thankfully they took responsibility and fixed this, but now I returned 6 months later for my last free oil change and even though I drove the car down myself, IT STILL CAME BACK WITH SCRATCHES. Best service department! Buying process was easy and stress free as possible! Sales manager and salesman were courteous, polite, patient, and extremely helpful in meeting our needs in a vehicle!
Had an awesome experience today. Ron is such a nice and helpful guy. Mark was hilarious and went so extraordinarily above and beyond! Love my new car, and that was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had!
