Dr. Seiler did not perform a thorough examination (he didn't even touch the injured area!!) or even look at my MRI before dismissing me with the default "take an anti-inflammatory and go to physical therapy." He also didn't listen to my history - PT has not worked which should indicate there is more going on. I am very disappointed that I wasted time (> 2.5 hours) and money here. Go somewhere else!
I would love to hear about hand arthritis surgery results from folks on here… good & bad results.

I accompanied a friend to her appointment. As her visit concluded, I asked Dr. Seiler a question about an issue of my own. Not only did he answer my question, but asked if I would like to be examined then. When I responded in the affirmative, an assistant brought me the necessary forms to fill out and, shortly, I was taken to X-ray. A few minutes afterward, Dr. Seiler returned and explained in detail what my x-rays had revealed and offered multiple treatment options (the very LAST of which was surgery). Hands down *the best* doctor I've ever had (in any specialty). He did extensive digital reconstruction after a severe hand injury, assured me but didn't give me false hope, and was exceptionally kind, thorough and skilled. Follow up visits and aftercare were no less quality. 17 yrs later, I still benefit from his work.
