Front staff was nice and helpful the assistant wasn't friendly and when Seiler got in to room he had not reviewed my notes and his bedside manner was not good he didn't explain process and ordered more x-rays which took forever to have done when he came in room he stood at door and said x-rays fine and didn't explain what he thought or didn't go over game plan which I need more surgery sent me over to have fingers range of motion because have had pinky and ring finger amputated and can't move 4th finger and have brachial ple... read more
Dr. Seiler is one of those truly caring professionals who takes time to explain everything to you in a way you can understand. He cares about his patients and has helped me with painful arthritic hands through cortisone shots, therapy, splints and braces. Everything is available at their office. Highly recommend Dr. Seiler to anyone who has problems with their hands, shoulders, etc. Also the medical staff is so kind and efficient.
Dr. Seiler is a physician that is not only great at what he does, but he also truly cares about the patient, all while being personable. When I first came to Dr. Seiler he knew right off the bat that my issue was complex. He took the appropriate amount of time to do tests and trialing PT before ultimately having to perform wrist and elbow surgery. I have always had a good experience with Dr. John Seiler. He has also treated other members of my family. I would recommend him to my family and fiends.
Dr. Seiler did not perform a thorough examination (he didn't even touch the injured area!!) or even look at my MRI before dismissing me with the default "take an anti-inflammatory and go to physical therapy." He also didn't listen to my history - PT has not worked which should indicate there is more going on. I am very disappointed that I wasted time (> 2.5 hours) and money here. Go somewhere else!
