Friendly, professional. Did not wait long and the whole visit was efficient and thorough.
John was amazing and made me feel comfortable with surgery when I was not. He answered questions promptly and efficiently before I elected to have surgery and right before surgery. Both professional to trust and a a person I would swing golf with!
I am so very satisfied and thankful to God for Dr. Kirchner. He did an amazing job on my Achilles surgery. I'm doing really good. Other underlining health situations, age and all, will play its part, but overall, one less painful situation is a blessing. Thank you again Dr. Kirchner. I had an ankle surgery in January. After the procedure, I have more range of Motion and better mobility. He truly is an excellent doctor.

Staff was friendly and we got in our room within 5-10 minutes. However, we were in our room an hour before seeing the doctor. What could have been a 15-20 minute surgery consult had us there for 1 1/2 hours. The doc, surgery scheduler, and PA all seemed friendly and answered all questions; my only complaint is the wait.
