His mannerism is very caring and he is able to explain things that my 11 year old can comprehend and I can as well. We would choose him as her specialist over any other doctor due to his bedside manner and knowledge .The wait time seems to be a little long each time. We have to wait a hour or longer after our appointment time so that is the only thing I could say needs improvement for the grandview location.

Dr. Kirchner is always kind, attentive, and thorough. This is my second issue to see him and he has been consistently one of the best doctors. He does a good job explaining his thoughts of possible scenarios and issues, while maintaining curiosity and asking questions. He is also empathetic which I especially appreciate knowing how busy he is. He doesn’t bypass kindness.

As always the staff was friendly, professional and communicated well. The results of the visit were what I expected and the plan going forward was reviewed and made sense. Expectations were set and met and Everything is on track.
Dr Kirchner was great and answered my questions well. He seemed very knowledgeable. Would have been 5 stars except for the just shy of 2 hour wait to see him. Staff was also friendly.

His honest and direct approach gave me confidence that I was in capable hands. Sometimes less is more—and with Dr. Kitchener, the few words he shares are meaningful and exactly what you need to hear.

Waited an hour in the waiting room. Then thirty minutes in the examination room before the doctor came in for about three minutes to release me following surgery. The medical care was good but this wait is not acceptable!
