Staff was friendly and we got in our room within 5-10 minutes. However, we were in our room an hour before seeing the doctor. What could have been a 15-20 minute surgery consult had us there for 1 1/2 hours. The doc, surgery scheduler, and PA all seemed friendly and answered all questions; my only complaint is the wait.
I have great respect for those that actually knows what they're doing. Very friendly staff.
I was able to see him quickly after an injury. He was punctual, relatable and covered all my concerns in a manner I could understand.
The wait time was minimal; the doctor thoroughly explained the issues with my foot and what would be done to correct the problem, as well as the normal recovery time and expectations. The surgery nurse was very helpful and thorough as well. Both the doctor and nurse gladly answered any questions I had.
Great visit with the doctor but my wait time on my last two visits was one hour and 20 minutes to get called back.
Dr. Kirchner is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. We have used him for over 15 years and are very pleased with his skills and bedside manner.
Very personal at appointment. All ways smiling during visit. Kirchner has listened and addressed all of the issues during recovery process. Would highly recommend him
I could not ask for a better care team. I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone is very kind and caring. Dr. Kirchner is absolutely the best ortho surgeon around and he is very approachable.
I like how they get you in and out, they are very professional and are there to help you through this process I've been bragging on my doctor he's taking his work and service seriously, I like that
