I found a Murano on John Roberts website and clicked the internet Sales link. Scott Nicoll answered my inquiry and we negotiated the vehicle via internet and phone. I traveled to the dealership and test drove the car. Once satisfied, we closed the deal and I drove away a satisfied customer in about an hour. Thanks to Scott Nicoll and John Roberts Nissan.

Scott, our salesman, did a fantastic job. No high pressure strong arm tactics. He let the car sell itself. Our older son will be looking for a car in a year or so and Scott will be our first call.
