They do not seem to have the time to deal with . Guess it’s because I wasn’t wanting a new car . But was on email contact with salesman and emailed him twice with no reply, had to call the sales manger and try to get him to call me but he didn’t , but suddenly the salesman called me . So very disappointed in the overall experience , especially when other dealers have been so great

I just purchased an 18 Murano from John Roberts yesterday and was very pleased with the experience! I drove from out of state so I didn't want to get to the dealership and run into a bunch of hiccups. Joe made sure that everything was ready to go and had the car pulled up front with a full tank of gas when we got there. Everyone there was very pleasant to work with and we had our 6 month old and kept having to stop to tend to her and they were all very patient and accommodating. We were in Manchester recently for a visit when we began experiencing problems with our vehicle. My son-in-law, Ryan Rigney, called the Service Department and spoke with Patrick Ruff regarding the issue. Patrick said to bring the vehicle in and he would do an inspection. From the time I arrived until the time I later picked up my vehicle, I felt confident the issue would be resolved.
