Agent Shon Down has to be one of the silliest little guys I have ever seen, not only is he argumentative and misspoken, but he has terrible etiquette, grammar and any source of friendliness. I hope anyone who chooses to purchase a property with you guys avoids this man at all cost. He is going to cost this company plenty of money.
