Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Absolutely. They were extremely condescending and demeaning Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention? No, I felt ignored Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language? No Would you refer a friend or family member to this psychiatrist? No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

I saw provider for over 1 year. I was misdiagnosed and put on unnecessary medications. Provider was mainly concerned about payment rather than getting me proper treatment. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed. New provider identified treatment and medication errors. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me Was this psychiatrist's staff friendly? Not one bit Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
