The staff is wonderful. They really take great care of their patients
A lot of the staff were nice on the 3rd and 8th floor. Their was one staff/resident that was very rude to my wife that had a african accent, I don’t remember her name at all. She was pressing on my wife’s stomach and belly really hard and my wife started to cry. Well this staff/resident told her to stop crying. It’s been a few weeks and my wife has been hurting around her belly which she thinks it’s from that rude staff/resident pressing on her the day my wife was discharged from children’s hospital. The staff was phenomenal, everyone made the experience so smooth and feel NOT like surgery/a hospital. Special shout out to our nurse Sally was was beyond amazing with Logan, and especially spider man and the princesses for making our day ❤️

The parking situation was poorly designed and not clearly marked. If you are coming for an emergency you will be hunting for the emergency entrance and trying to decipher confusing signs and side streets. This gem of a facility is off the beaten path and hidden down a side street bordering the illustrious east side. The arrows marked emergency will take you first to the valet parking area where you will be redirected to another street for the emergency entrance.
