I cannot speak for the entire hospital but I have had a lot of experience with the Radiology staff, the ER and the 11th/12th floor. The radiology department, as a whole, is honestly disgraceful. I have dealt with the same nasty mri scheduler for 3.5 years. When I call to schedule (usually) emergency MRI’s that are requested by my sons IR team in Boston she is always rude. Tells me that others will need to be cancelled, she can never get us in quickly. I’m not exactly sure how she is still employed since I have had a negative... read more

Wonderful staff in the emergency department! Very clean and comfortable. I feel very fortunate that we have such an outstanding children's hospital in our city!

Absolutely amazing hospital with the most incredible staff! Super clean and they provide literally everything you could need to make your stay as comfortable and like-home as possible. Every single nurse, dr and staff member was so nice went above and beyond to care for our daughter.

we got transferred to children's for my son's broken and dislocated arm that needed surgery everyone was so amazing and super nice made everything as comfortable as they could for my son and I just wanna say everyone on floor 5 thank you for everything you guys are amazing
it's time that oisheis cleans house of the nurses and drs that work here.. seem like their only there for a check not because they actually care about people it took over 40 minutes on 3 separate occasions for the nurses to answer the call button ..seems like money is the top priority not people
