The labor and delivery floor was very unwelcoming to my sister who was 33 weeks and having contractions for over 48 hours. A nurse literally told her “well you’re at the bottom of the list because you were sent here from Brooks” (in Dunkirk). Kept getting different responses from a couple different nurses. Nurses were called for a couple different times, no one came. One rolled her eyes when my mom went out to grab someone to help with the leg machine to help pump her legs because they were terribly swollen and said “ok I’ll... read more
Cindy on j11 is amazing. my son and oldest daughter have cystic fibrosis. she's always been amazing since the old children's. we were just admitted for a week and came home yesterday. the whole j11 staff is amazing as always

Had great care for delivery of our kid
My wife and daughter and I were just there for 2 days ! Very stressful and nerve racking , but staff did an incredible job of taking care of her ! And very best at keeping us comfortable as well ! Steve on the 10th floor nights, hands down best nurse in the world! That man needs an award , badge , a pay raise ! Something !
I am sitting here at the hospital right now I have been here for almost 6 hours every single thing they check on my daughter apparently takes two hours for a review and it’s not even here for anything serious and the only reason I came was because of urgent care couldn’t figure out the problem and sent us here. the hospital is not busy at all I have been waiting over two hours for someone to read x-rays the first time I came here we left because of the wait times and in the time I have been here so far we have only had a tot... read more
I've been to children Hospital in my son was a little boy. He was throwing up milk and I didn't know what to do so I rushed them to Children's and they found out that he was allergic to milk. Children's Hospital time is the time have healed my son.
Radiology tech we had today (Andrew) was AMAZING. So patient and kind. My son is 3 years old and has never had an ultrasound before. He was nervous and uncomfortable when we got there but by the time we left he was laughing and smiling. I’m happy we went there instead of your every day radiology place. The staff have an amazing way with kids!
