The service repair center here at John Paul's is awesome!!! All smiles and they treat you well. I can honestly say this is one of the better dealerships I've been too.

Have a salesman get pissed at you because the numbers didn't come out to what you want and cause you still wanna shop around, give me a break

I just got my car back from John Paul's last night. They exceeded my expectations far beyond what I had imagined. Ron and Steve B. in the service department were so respectfully and accommodating that I just couldn't be happier. Taking your car in for service is usually not enjoyable, but for the first time ever it was easy and not at all stressful. This place is horrible. I had bought a car in November and the heat didn't work when I went to use it the first cold day in December. After serviced 541 dollars later, a few months later my heat won't work yet again. They recharged me to see what the problem was that they "supposedly" fixed 4 months ago?? I wouldn't recommend any one buy there car here or have it serviced. They want to charge me 750 to refix my heat, my mechanic said 400 and he owns a shop and is reputable. These people have horrible service and are only abo... read more

Watch Out People!!!! Took my car in for service and they switched my front hubcaps out for two that are scratched. Quite disrespectful in denying it!! Merry Christmas Mr. Sol!!!
