John Paul Dealership made good with my Regal on replacing my tires for free even though they no longer carry the program that was in place in 2013. I have been a long term customer at this dealership and will continue to purchase my new vehicles there.

The fact that an appointment is needed for a simple oil change is outrageous. There are several dealers in the area that do not require it. The last time I was in, it took forever to get a simple oil change, I didn't get a windshield sticker reminder and was told I didn't need one when I asked. I will be going to a dealer that accommodates a customer's time and needs from now on.

I came to JP for the first time today to get my truck worked on because I was not happy with the Chevy dealership I bought my truck from. The service was great and JP was $30 less than Holz for an oil change. JP has earned a faithful customer and I highly recommend John Paul Buick GMC.
